Arrival in Colombo

Meet our representative at Bandaranaike International Airport and transfer to Colombo. Depending on your arrival time, explore some of the city’s iconic places, such as Gangaramaya Temple, the Colombo Red Mosque and Independence Square. If you arrive in the evening or at night, sightseeing can be arranged for the following morning.

Explore Sri Lanka’s Southern Coast

Travel south towards Galle, discovering coastal scenery and local experiences along the way.

Udawalawe Safari and Ella

Begin the day with a safari in Udawalawe National Park, known for its elephant population. Visit the Udawalawe Elephant Transit Home, then continue towards Ella.

Scenic Train Journey and Waterfalls

Start with an optional sunrise walk to Little Adam’s Peak. Enjoy the famous scenic train journey from Ella towards the Nuwara Eliya area, with reserved seats planned for the journey. Meet your chauffeur at the station and explore the highlands.

Enjoy a relaxed morning in the beautiful Hatton area before travelling to Kitulgala, an adventure destination surrounded by lush rainforest.

• Visit the elephant attraction in the Pinnawala area

Elephant Experiences, Kandy and Dambulla

Enjoy the morning around the river and learn about elephant care through activities available locally. Continue to Kandy to explore the city’s cultural highlights.

• Visit the Temple of the Sacred Tooth Relic
• See Kandy Lake and the Kandy viewpoint
• Visit the Big Buddha statue
• Continue towards Sigiriya or Habarana

Sigiriya Rock Fortress and Pidurangala

Visit the iconic Sigiriya Rock Fortress. The climb includes many steps and usually requires a reasonable level of fitness. Pidurangala Rock is an optional alternative or addition, depending on timing and energy.

Three-Night Beach Holiday
